cancellation policy

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment incur a full session fee.

    • Cancellations due to illness or emergencies are subject to the same cancellation policy at my discretion.

    • Even if I can accommodate rescheduling your session within the same day or week, this is still considered a cancellation, and both the original and the new session will be charged.

  • If you have a recurring weekly time-slot and you cancel or reschedule multiple times within a 3-month period, (regardless of whether or not it’s a last-minute change), I may not be able to continue reserving that designated time slot for your session.  We can then discuss other scheduling options that might work better for you.

  • Sessions will automatically be canceled if you are more than 20 minutes late for a 60-minute session, 15 minutes late for a 45-minute session, or 10 minutes late for a 30-minute session.

  • Most people plan their lives in advance — I usually cannot fill your spot if you cancel it near the 24-hour window.  Things happen out of our control all the time, and I completely understand that’s the nature of our lives.  However, please consider canceling or rescheduling your session a week in advance when possible.


This policy is a reflection of 8 years in business. Thank you for understanding that this policy allows me to run my business in a way that is sustainable.
